It’s easy to fall into a pit of despair among all the chaos, sadness, and uncertainty, but keeping a positive mindset is not only good for you and your health, it’s good for those around you, too. If we’re going to spread anything during this time of caution, it should be positivity.

Today I’m grateful that spring is here. What better time to be stuck at home than when the weather is beautiful, flowers are blooming, and the last of winter is melting off. I can’t wait to do all of my favorite spring activities (provided they comply with the quarantine):
- start your garden
- play with your pets outside
- do some spring cleaning
- pack away the winter clothes
- go for a walk
- make a bird feeder
- do some yardwork
- sit outside and do nothing
- wave to your neighbors

Don’t let the negativity wear you down. Stay healthy, happy, and remember that we’re all in this together. Spread the joy and count your blessings. What are you grateful for today?
